Horrible experience and even much more horrible experience after leaving feedback on my sport clips app, the store manager contacted me she pretended she is from customer service of sport clips after I explained everything she said she is the store manger and instead of taking responsibility she deny everything and she was very rude and impolite
Requested style: I have to left early and save myself from a bad haircut while I paid in full with tip

This place is ageist, and discriminates against older men who try to get their haircut. One of the stylists told my dad "why do you still come here? Sports Clips is for young guys." Disgraceful, unacceptable and unprofessional. My dad had been a long time customer for over 10 years, but had to start going elsewhere...since he felt too uncomfortable to do business with this location or entire company anymore. He's barely in his early 60s and is in good health, and he's not even old looking. I'm hurt that someone would say this to my father, who is such a sweet genuine man. He deserved better service and just wanted to get a haircut to make himself feel better, but left feeling worse. The staff needs to be trained better. ***BTW- Attn: Management/owner - don't reach out to me please. We don't want to discuss the matter. Just do better. Watch who you hire, make sure they don't say such insulting comments in the future.

The haircut was decent but I will not be returning. Twice now I've been charged for the MVP when I asked for only a cut. The first time I considered it a mistake. The 2nd I made it clear I only asked for a cut. If it's your store policy to charge everyone the MVP price I will take my business somewhere else. This is not a barber. It's a men's salon. I tipped my stylist both times. It's not their fault the store forces them to charge for the MVP. Based on the number of times I was asked if I wanted to purchase products my guess is the new prices are affecting traffic and tips. That's unfortunate for the stylists. I won't be returning.And I don't need any automated replies asking me to call a phone number or send an email to discuss my review. I've read the reviews. Nothing happens with those attempts to discuss the matter.Change your policy.Charge for services REQUESTED.

My post is job related. The best thing about this location was being able to meet some great people. The manager that hired me has since stepped down & her name is Kayleigh & she is a awesome woman. I only worked here for 1 1/2 months because of a jealous hearted DEMON name CARLA. She purposely stirred up confusion & made up a problem between her & myself for NO REASON & left me to open the store by myself one day. Even though that was grounds for termination they didn’t let her go. She convinced the manager Esther & the area manager Kasey that it was so bad she didn’t want to work with me. Since she had more clientele than me they cut my hours & when I asked if she was the reason they lied & told me no. I expressed to them on multiple occasions how I felt I was being treated wrong & I had no issue with DEMON CARLA but they wouldn’t listen. It was always DEMON CARLA doesn’t want to do a mediation. They claimed they were scheduling stylists according to the clients needs. Meanwhile everyone else’s schedule stayed the same except mine. What lit the candles on the cake for me was when they had needed someone to pick up extra hours. I volunteered on my off day & I was denied them because DEMON CARLA worked that day so I said I didn’t want to work under a manager like that. I didn’t see any room for me to grow there & my spirit is too bright for a demon dungeon like that. The morale of this post is if you are a BLACK WOMAN OR MAN & you’re looking to work here do not apply. If DEMON CARLA doesn’t like you they will dislike you too. Another funny fact is that DEMON CARLA can’t cut hair that good so she flirts with all of her male customers to get good reviews & requests. There’s 2 other ladies that was nice to me while working ther name Patricia & Cecelia.. this location is ran by racist Hispanic women & there is no room for diversity so by all meansAVOID!!AVOID!!AVOID!!AVOID!!AVOID!!
