I was in your store on 7/18 and had the best customer service, both women were very up beat, willing to help, and super sweet. You just don’t get that customer service anymore.

Nice facilities. Nice dentist. They charged $7 for PPE (personal protective equipment), even though I had said I only want what's covered by insurance and nothing more and they had said ok. But this wasn't covered by insurance and it is mandatory they told me after giving me the bill. I asked which piece of equipment was the PPE and they said it's everything. Would've been nice to have received that note when we had the discussion about not being charged for anything not covered by insurance. They say every patient has to pay it. And that's fine but the disclosure upfront is really what I'm not happy about.

I buy my daughter pajamas here. Also great kids clothes. Underrated for jeans. Same company as 7 for all mankind. Good quality

I received a gift from my husband for Christmas and I needed to exchange it for a different size. When I went to the store, I had the original receipt and was well within the return period- January 4th. The day I happened to be there, they were having a sale on the 2 items that my husband purchased. I asked if I could get a price adjustment and was told yes. My husband paid $100 more than the 2 items cost this particular day. I tried on a few items but ended up not finding anything else so I went to the register to take care of my exchange and price adjustment. The salesgirl was so rude- she now said I couldn't have a price adjustment unless I used the difference to purchase other merchandise. Then she tried to tell me that the items my husband purchased were on sale and final sale. They were not- there was a promotion for 40 percent off. It clearly states on the return policy- items with discounts over 50 percent off are final sale. She said well the sales person must have forgotten to stamp the receipt- well after I left- I realized she was the salesperson who sold the items to my husband. CG! She didnt forget- they were not final sale. Then she said that the current promotion was for 2 days only and it is supposed to make it easier for when people return purchases. What? This makes no sense. She just kept talking down to me and then actually said that she was doing me a favor! She said that this store in Houston is the only store in Texas- I dont know why she shared that with me but I can see why- with this kind of customer service- Texas doesnt want any more Splendid stores. I suggest that you go elsewhere unless you want rude salespeople when you try to do a return or exchange. When they think you are going to buy something- they are so nice but watch out.

The manager, Lisa is very rude. I tried to return something I had ordered in the store and it didn't fit. She explained that there were no returns only store credit but said it so rudely to me. I told her she was not very nice being a manager. As I was leaving the store before I Ben got out the door she was talking about me to the other employees. I turned around and said you should at-least wait until your customer leaves before you talk bad about them. She said I was not her typical client. I have spent a lot of money in there to not be a "client". Someone should educate her in customer service!!

My daughter received a Hanukkah present from her grandmother from Splendid - a single outfit totaling $400. My daughter is Autistic and Splendid is one of the few places she will wear clothes from so we buy A LOT of product from them! The purchase was made in October and gifted the first week of December - but grandma purchased the same size as last year and my daughter has grown. I have receipts and the items are in the proper packaging with all tags. I tried to exchange or return for credit to the local store - and was told they could not help and was treated VERY rudely. As the purchase was made online, I reached out to customer care with the receipt and asked to exchange for the correct size. Customer care sent an automated message saying they could not return and when I inquired about an exchange I was told they would not honor an exchange and there is nothing I can do. Splendid is a luxury brand and should have the ability to honor returns/exchanges in store - and if not online. If a return cannot be honored an exchange should he honored. This is terrible service. Essential, my mother in law spent $400 to throw items in the trash because we have no use for them and no recourse despite the items still being sold for full price online and in store - and having tags and original packaging and a receipt. We will never buy from Splendid again - and will work endlessly to ensure no one we know buys from them either! So incredibly disgusting!

I guess when you sell T-shirt dresses for $120 or higher, you can forget any sense of customer service. Sales staff were snooty, aloof, and honestly devoid of giving any type of warm greeting. The only thing “Splendid” about this store is there is an Anthropologie nearby where I happily spent the rest of my afternoon.

Really poor customer service. Staff presents themselves as bored, and uninterested in providing any real customer service. Thank you Splendid for reminding me to shop next door at J.Crew and Anthropologie instead!
