So I’m visiting from out of town. Had to do a little washing. So spinexpress and decided to try them out. As soon as I enter the door (I guess Nel could tell I was not use to outside washers) so Nel offer her assistance with whatever I needed help with. That’s what I call customer service. No negative attitude. Friendly, good attitude, very helpful and nice persona. Places like this with nice always make you feel comfortable and want to come back. I will come back next time I have to wash. Because experience and workers attitude means everything when I’m out of my normal environment.
