The manager needs to be replaced. Terrible customer service. I can tell it’s a toxic environment working with him. Rather spend more money elsewhere then deal with someone that isn’t there to help customers.

Where is Denise? She always helps me find things that I have no clue what I’m getting. I don’t drink, but I always have get together at my house and she Always nails it perfect. Hope she’s doing OK sending my love and prayers

I swear every time I come in there, it’s the same lady with a stinky attitude. It never fails. She doesn’t greet you. She’s rude. Why would y’all have her taken care of people and that’s the last impression they get before they leave the store every single time DANA is rude!!!! Does she know what a smile is? Is this not apart of customer service? She’s more worried about her cigarette break. Tonight was just it for me. I try my best not to go through her line. Do better!!! God damn so unprofessional

They have some real problems with inventory control. I go in 1 time per week for one product brand and 60 percent of the time they don'thave it in stocks. It costs me 20 minutes and 12 miles to go to the next closest location who have it in stocks 99 percent of the time. Simple merchandising 101. Have the product in stock when a customer wants it. Why put a store in a location and not stock it properly.

Dismal selection for a spec’s. Employees tend to push whatever product they’re trying to meet quotas on vs quality stuff. Repeatedly asked over the years if they can special order/try to get in stuff and they can’t seem too. Better quality store/competitor over off north park and Woodland Hills

Specs, I'll revise this when we get this cleared up. I buy 1/2 bottles of rose at the Smith St., Houston, store. Weeks ago, I ordered a case of it in the Kingwood Drive store. I heard nothing so I called & talked to a manager about 2 wks. ago who assured me I would get a call back. I heard nothing. Apparently, Specs can't sell me a case of wine until someone authorizes it. I recommend reviewing this process because, as much as I like Specs, it's easier to go elsewhere than keep dealing with y'all and it's wine!! I never met a liquor & wine shop that makes it so difficult to buy a case of wine!
