I was just here on Thursday the 19th of October 2023. I went into the store as usual looked at the small bottle selection in the middle. I picked up a bottle, and I was going to buy it. I set it back down then I picked it back up because I wanted to know what it was the flavor so I saw the flavor and I was like you know what I'm just gonna go and get a big bottle instead of a small one. I proceed to get the large bottle and some pineapple juice and wait to be checked out. I have a gentleman who works at the store get behind me and tells me that I have a bottle in my pocket and it's on camera. So I empty out my left pocket. I'm wearing basketball shorts so I only have two pockets. Then, I empty the right pocket because he said no you put it in your right pocket. I did this on my own accord. There's nothing in there, but my phone and my wallet that I pull out. He could've asked if I had taken something. I have never ever in my life been accused of stealing until today and it's safe to say I will not be visiting that location again. There's plenty of other liquor stores around.

Ughhh!!! I can't say enough about this place. If you follow me, you know I'm a sucker for customer service, as I am in the industry. The smiles, hellos, and eagerness to help are what you get from every single person in the building. It's not always busy, but to see how many people are on staff and exude the same love makes me see that support for team and customers are their top priority. The environment that has been created here is so rare. Selection is great and easy to shop.

Been to specs many times but different locations. This particular location lacks wines from regions that other Specs routinely stock. I was looking for some nice Italian wines but they offered none to speak of. Sadly I had to go elsewhere.
