Very discriminatory! My sister was carded today at the register purchasing a clear Canadian and chips, yet i lived her a year and never been carded! They kept repeating you have to be 21 to be in the store, yet no one is checking EACH id. The rules are fine, it’s more of picking and choosing who they apply to. Very weird and I’ve spent so much money here but maybe i just “ look 21”.

Like a lot of Spec's in town, the are substandard to their flagship store in the center of town. The are really only slightly better than other liquor stores with better inventory, but not by much. Compared to their biggest competitor in town, which are basically each a flagship store with tons of inventory and selection. The only advantage Spec's has in the sheer number of stores. I couldn't find something specific in a tequila and ended up finding about a 7 min drive away.

This location needs to improve their customer service, primarily. Second, lately very few is stocked and you’ll see empty fridges. Some of the workers here will literally roll their eyes if you kindly ask them for some help.

There is a very hostile energy at this location to where I even asked the cashier yesterday when I came in if she was irritated and she said a little bit every time I come in here the cashiers who work here have an attitude and it’s very apparent Someone needs to talk to the whole team even management because a lot of times the people who work there are unhappy because of who is managing them, and that stops customers from wanting to shop at that specs

This location is different than most of the other locations. This location has 0 customer service.In most other locations, they are very helpful in finding the right type of alcohol you are looking atThe cashiers at this location spend more time talking to each other rather than helping the customer. In fact, they will talk to each other while checking out a customer.I have been to this location several times and this is my first review on it. Thinking it was a one time off. This location is convenient for me but don't know how often I will come back because of the poor customer service.
