Colleen and Rick Purkins are awsome! If it wasn't for them we would havenever been able to get our house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. If you are looking for a house and need help with your Credit, Rick Perkins is the man to call. He 100% knows what he is doing and what he tells you to do to help your credit score DO IT!!! I had 30 days to move out of my apartment, raise my credit score and buy a house and with the help of Mr. Perkins as well as my awesome Relator Raquel Reyna they made it happen! I absolutely love my house and I can not thank the both of them enough! If anyone can get you into a house, its Rick Purkins. Initially, I couldn't qualify to buy a house. He patiently worked with me for a year to help me get my credit to where it had to be. Not, only did I get my house but I got it at a really good rate thanks to Rick. I also ended up with a 770 credit score. I couldn't thank him enough. Rick and my sales agent Leanne did an awesome job. Thanks again!!!!
