Most companies in this arena you call and can’t get through to anyone. Southend are concerned about their partners and have seen to it , no matter how busy they are, they get back to you. It’s an honor to do business with them.

Edited my review because of the fast and acknowledgement response. We are entering summer and it's already very warm. I suggest looking into better packaging. I'd be willing to pay for proper shipping. While the shipping conditions are not in our control, we can anticipate heat and improve packing. Request to consider.[...] my overnight package from UPS arrived warm with one small completely melted ice pack 85F warm, condensation all over the bag. It is highly recommended to store this medication refrigerated for safety and efficacy. I picked up the package just as UPS dropped off. [...]

Southend Pharmacy is great at getting out refills in a timely manner. There was a delay of a week with this order but after calling and being explained they were going through and finishing up an audit, I fully understood. Only thing I would say is if refills or orders are delayed, maybe notify the customer and let them know. Enjoy having using Southend for my compound pharmacy.
