These guys know what they’re doing. Plus the customers are your typical DIYer or Professional. Great group of knowledgeable guys who are happy to help. I watched a lot of their online videos before coming to store. Paul got me sorted out and on my way with all the supplies I needed. It was a lot cheaper than what I would have paid an exterminator too. Highly recommend

I've been here twice and both times the Staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they were selling us to help control our pest issue. They answered all of our questions and have a robust selection of products to hit different pests/insects you may be experiencing.I would recommend this place and have, to family and friends.

Lots of stuff for indoor and outdoor pest control and knowledgeable staff. Only 4 stars because we drove out there because the website sain the product we were looking for was available for pick-up. But, it was not, and the staff told us they have never carried the product in the store - it can only be ordered online.

Store is a dump, staff suck, find another locationDrove all the way in to get a product advertised on website only to find a $15 up charge from website 1.5x price. Asked if they price adjusted was told absolutely not. Yet another Houston store honored it.

Came in to get something for German roaches that have been multiplying rapidly since our new upstairs neighbors moved in (an apartment). Mr. Fairchild was very helpful and sent me out with a bait and an insect growth regulator. These products will hopefully be just the trick. I definitely appreciated the fine customer service I received when at their establishment.

Stopped in 2 Saturday's ago I'm sorry I do not remember the young man's name who helped me but he was very informative, very professional and had a great demeanor! I walked out with what I needed and I knew exactly how to use the products effectively. This is definitely the place to go when pests are a problem and your clueless on how to handle them. Great experience!!

Very nice store personnel. I haven't gotten to use the product yet but the men were very attentive and helpful and product was delivered on time. Will likely go back for more assistance.
