I got an ID reaction (itchy rash that spreads all over your body) from an infection on my foot that wouldn't clear up. It was extremely uncomfortable and starting to disrupt my daily life and emotions. I started looking like E.T. before Dr Anaza stepped in and saved me! Dr Anaza was the second doctor through Sesame Care that I received services from after the first doctor's prescriptions didn't help at all. Dr Anaza presented me with a pretty random and rare diagnosis for the problem that I had not considered before. I am very happy to say that within a matter of a couple of days my ID reaction and infection cleared up and I seem to be successfully on the road to recovery now! I also feel extremely comfortable in her presence. She puts off a caring mother/teacher vibe which I love! Her costs for care through Sesame Care are extremely affordable in comparison to other dermatologist who typically charge $250 a visit! Highly recommend!!

It seemed great at first, until the doctor refused to write referrals, and the one time she did it took weeks just for the other office to say they never got it. It took almost two months for a cane prescription to get filled because she didn't want to give out her signature to medical suppliers, at least that was the last excuse after the classic "always out of staff" and she "doesn't handle paperwork." It's been months and I haven't been able to get basic paperwork filled out for school.
