I visited the galleria mall yesterday with my mother. We entered the mall from downstairs and I'm not sure the entrance but I think it was near Talbots. Anyway, the temperature was fine. About 75 degrees. We walked and went up the escalator and walked around for a while until the stores opened at about 11 am I guess. We went into Macy's. The lady with dark hair that works at Clarins is so nice and polite. I think she is from Europe. She has a slight accent. She helped us with our purchase and offered us a complimentary facial. The other woman who I believe was Hispanic with dark red hair was polite and courteous as well. Also, my mom and I went to Cane's in the food court. The food was delicious.

Terrible customer service. Galleria location. Spent $119 on 2 headbands. 1 headband dragonfly crystal fell off. Soho would not exchange it for me. Never wore the headband. Quality issue. Nuyer beware.
