Did a popup here for my brand AKINGS. Professional team and very helpful. Decent amount of foot traffic for their store as well which increased new audience eyeballs to the brand. Clean space.

I went to a ticket raffle with 6 other people and none of us got a call that we won… Clearly they are operating in bad faith by selling pairs too their friends or people willing to pay to get selected. Making people scramble to locations to sign up for a chance to win just to sell out the back door. I don’t care if I ever get selected on any future drops, but don’t claim to be fair picking winners.

This place is great, but they have one major flaw. They do not allow returns and don't tell you until you comeback to return and item. Employees were very helpful and selection was great, but I found a better size and price online. When I went to return my pair I was turned away because they don't do repairs.

Today I visited this store because I was in town for the DRAKE AND FRIENDS J PRINCE BIRTHDAY PARTY and I was turned around for no mask and other stores (Nike, Urban Outfitters, etc.) I visited in City Centre did not require mask because mask are not required. BUT IF YOU GOING TO MANDATE MASK IN YOUR STORE AT LEAST HAVE THEM AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF TURNING THEM AROUND AT THE DOOR. ** NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL IT’S NOT WHAT YOU SAY IT’S HOW YOU SAY IT**

Horrible service, I mean extremely horrible service. Walked in not greeted, asked for some help was given the cold shoulder until I asked about 5 times for help and was told it would’ve been better if I had an appointment. Mind you no one else was in the store yet the refused to help. Also require a face mask to get in not recommended but forced require if you’d like to enter.

My daughter wanted to buy shoes and I was referred to this store by my friend-her son used to work there. Wanted to take my now 14 yr old to a nice unique place to shop for her birthday. We drove during rush hour yesterday from the Champions area to Town & Country just for this store. Figured if we didn't find what she was looking for go across to Nike too. Get there, go in, and immediately get shouted at that we need a mask! I look down to see if they had any but no. I started to go get our masks but decided to just go to Nike. Fk that I said. If they want us to use masks, they need to provide at least but also ask in a nicer manner. I may have missed the sign but don't remember them having one visible outside. We go into Nike and big difference!! Employees greeted us, all friendly and helpful. Let them know it was my daughter's birthday and shopping for her birthday. Wow, did they treat her like a star & she found her shoes!! SS maybe you need to get Nike to train your employees. Also, if you want to keep your mandate maybe provide masks. Heard people have to buy them from you too. What if people are parked further? What an inconvenience. Do better and thanks for adding that bad experience on her birthday!
