When I think about my experience with Social Butterfly (Sydney)! I’ve purchased three items ( jeans with multi-colored, fabric bottoms). Every item was exactly as advertised and arrived as promised. Each time I attempted to communicate by text, they were responded to in a timely manner.

I have ordered 3 items from them and they were all fabulous! I ordered a dress, a jacket and jeans and I love them all. In addition, the owner Sydne is fantastic and extremely responsive to inquiries. She has also been very transparent. My jeans were on backorder and had been delayed due to Covid. She actually called me and advised me of what was going on and offered me a refund. She even kept the website updated with the status of the jeans for everyone who ordered. These jeans are the BOMB and unique, so I am sure a lot of people were anxious to get them. I really wanted the jeans, so I waited, and they are perfect!! I am thrilled!

The customer service is excellent. I really wanted to love my dress , the style is beautiful. However the material is not high quality . I will use the dress to take a photo in but the quality of the fabric is not up to par. I would love it if it was made with denim. I really wanted to love the dress and I do not wish to take anything away from the company. I will order another dress and give them another try.
