I walked in at 3:05pm to get a box of coal & a new hookah. The young lady working didn't speak but made eye contact with me multiple times acknowledging me as she was helping another customer. The customer was asking a lot of questions for about 20 minutes so I just waited patiently. After the young lady finally finished with them 3:36p she literally started helping another young lady who had just walked in as if my time was not important so I just walked out 3:40p. I'll go to Bahama no way I should wait that long and then you help someone else like I'm less important. Will not be back!

The shop has great selection of vapes and great prices and promotions. I have been smoking Elf bars for over a year now. Recently I purchased two from this store for the first time and I’m pretty sure they are knockoffs. Lost the flavor after 2 day of use, which normally should last 5 days on average.

Great smoke shop with reasonable prices and a good variety of wraps, papers, pieces, disposable vapes, etc. Also great service from the short-hair blonde girl, she is knowledge, friendly and respectful. She already knows what I need when I get there, reason why I keep coming back. They also have a rewards program which is awesome. Definitely recommend!

This place has amazing customer service! Savvy helped me with all the questions I had. She was knowledgeable (I guess that’s why that’s her name haha) and gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend to anyone.
