For my birthday, I wanted to treat myself to a high quality pillow. I've splurged on Hotel Collection and Tempurpedic before, but neither quite fit the bill. I went to this Sleepnumber location 15 mins before closing, and am so glad I did! Mike's service was exceptional and outstanding; he stayed an hour after closing and was extremely patient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect pillow without being pushy. I ended up leaving with not 1, but 2 pillows! Would HIGHLY recommend this location for their 5-star service and attention to detail.

Reggie helped us out over the weekend. Phenomenal service, put up with our two little boys while being fun, professional, and personable. I have been having back problems and the ILE is a godsend, immediately relieved pain and pressure just in the hour or so that we spent in the store. He showed us different beds, various settings on each mattress, even picked out pillows we use at home to give us the full experience. He helped us set up the app and different ways to earn rewards. So excited to get our new bed!Thanks Reggie!

Horrible company to do business with. When we took delivery of the mattress there was a spot on it. Plus the one side did not lay right and it did not sit on the frame square which the delivery guys did not seem to care about. They made up some stupid excuses. Contacted customer support and the store...told them to wait on sending a new mattress to make sure it's the one we want. After 30 days, decided we wanted a different mattress. Sure but we are going to charge you $249 for the tech delivery...they said. This is after we saved them an additional mattress! They are now going to come pick their mattress up and I will buy from a company that appreciates their customers and does not take advantage of them.

I received a 5 star experience at this sleep number location. Reggie, Justus and Mike were very knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. I wasn’t sure if Sleep number was the right option for me but their knowledge and customer sealed the deal. If your looking to upgrade your sleep this is the location I recommend!

What a great experience buying a bed. No sales pressure, just so relaxing trying out all the fabulous beds. I had never thought I'd go this route with a mattress, but I'm so glad I did.

Had my bed for a few years now....I paid for a $10k bed and adjustable frame that came with a cheap, janky remote that drains batteries worse than anything else in my house, won't connect to the app on my phone so I have no choice but to use said janky remote, and I'm now inspired to write this review because the underneath lighting is not coming on.To add, my side of the mattress deflated randomly one night so I called support and was told I would be charged for someone to come out. I said, uh... NO! There is no way in down below I was going to pay you to fix your shoddy product that I AM STILL PAYING you FOR! Then, magically, they saw I was under warranty and wouldn't be charged this time but would if they had to come out again. So, if you're cheaply made products break again I'll be forced to give you even more money?? PsssshhhhhhLearned my lesson, never buying from this company again. WAY over priced for the junk you get.
