Excellent service and very knowledgeable salesman. Took the time to explain the differences in mattresses. On day of delivery, technicians arrived on time and quickly set up the mattress and base. They showed me how to use the "smart bed" applications and answered all of my questions. I have had the mattress 6 week and so far no problems. I ask myself why did I wait so long to get a new mattress!

We went to buy a pillow at the store today. We have two Sleep Number Beds, so we are quite familiar with this store. There was a sign that said “buy one get one free”. When we went to pay, Crystal said it was only a 20% discount. I said your sign says “buy one get one free”. She did not want to sell us the pillow as buy one get one free. I told her that if stores put up wrong prices, then they are obligated to sell to the public the price they advertised. She then said, I have to call my boss and check on it. After she called her boss, she did not tell us if we were getting the discount. I found out when she called her boss a second time to figure out how to do the charge as advertised. She never looked up at us after that. When I asked her questions about the “inner circle”, she never looked me in the eyes and acted put out with the explanations I needed. Customer appreciation was totally lacking in this negotiation. I’m totally disappointed in the way we were treated at the store today!

Save your money and undue stress. Unfortunately this business lacks professionalism. We purchased a king mattress for close to 8k and were given a confirmation for a delivery date. After, making all the arrangements, including buying a new bed and gifting our existing mattress (were told delivery personnel would not remove it from a second floor). The day of our delivery, a very unpleasant and unprofessional delivery person walked into our home and stated he would only deliver it if we sign a waiver that would assume all liability if they damaged our home or the mattress during the delivery. Naturally we refused to sign this waiver. As a result, they left and did not deliver the mattress. We are now having a staycation and booking a hotel room since we have no mattress. We have requested a full refund. The question remains: why would anyone want to spend thousands of dollars with a business that has so little concern for delivering items already paid for? Look elsewhere folks. You have been warned.

Recently went into my Kirby Location to get a pillow and ended with 3 thanks to the help of Crystal our sales rep. She helped us pick the perfect pillow for my husband and I. she was so helpful and patient.

I purchased a sleep number bed from this location about 3 years ago. It has been an extremely disappointing bed. I will never buy another. It deflates more on one side than another, you put the number down 1 and it goes down more like 15 to 20, it sinks in the middle. I just find it extremely uncomfortable and one of the worst purchases of my life. Think twice before you decide on this type of bed.

Around Thanksgiving week, I went into the Kirby location and was assisted by a salesperson, Kyle. He was very helpful and professional showing me the latest cooling/heating model bed as well as answering my many questions without pressuring for a sale. Much appreciated and would highly recommend this store and the salesperson Kyle.

Poor customer service. Saleswoman was condescending and spoke poorly of her colleagues. If you’re interested in this bed and to learn more about the Sleep Number system, try a different store.

What a shame. The initial buying process and delivery were pleasant. GOD FORBID IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SLEEP NUMBER OR THEIR FINANCE PARTNER SYNCHRONY BANK. I had an accounting problem with their finance partner, Synchrony Bank. I have to date spent SIX (6) hours on hold with incompetent people in India trying to resolve the issue. They evidentially do not have any management in the US. The result now is I have been billed twice. Yes, I have been zapped for another $7,900. The matter is still unresolved and unless I pay my credit gets dinged !!! I stopped by the store and asked the sales staff if I could get an email of someone in management to talk to about this. I was told that after talking to her manager and the area manager that they would turn in a "ticket" to have someone call me. What a crappy way to treat a customer that just spent $8,500 on a bed. I guess my only consolation will be a sappy apology of some sort from Chris V. from Business Customer Service, an oxymoron. On a side note I tried to get Sleep Number customer service on the line to adjust foot warmer .... Gave up after an hour of hold time. I can only assume that Sleep Number's business model does not depend on repeat business.
