I've been going to Skyline for a few months now and even though I only go about once a week, everyone there has been so welcoming. The workouts are hard, but that's what we're there for and there are always modifications that the coaches are sure to help you with, with zero judgement (which I take them up on often!)

Everyone was very welcoming, and all the trainers were willing to slow down to teach more complex movements during the classes that I’ve been to. Would recommend for anyone new or experienced to CrossFit.
