First time coming to this shop downtown to resize a ring that was engraved and the original shop wouldn't resize for me. The staff were very nice and able to resize my ring in the same visit. I'll definitely come back here in the future.

Excellent customer service! Took a necklace in that needed repair on the clasp and they made the small adjustment to fix it right there, free of charge. Highly recommend.
