Prices are good, but with boarding they say a bath is included, but my dog smelled bad coming home. Had to go get him cleaned.b

I have been taking my dogs to Shugrem since they started, and I have never been displeased. I have a husky, a chihuahua mix, and I used to have a border collie mix. All three of my dogs have VERY different grooming needs, and the Shugrem staff has been very attentive to what we request for our fur babies. My border collie would get her fur shaved shorter, my husky just gets a deshedding (I emphasize this every time I take my girls), and the chihuahua...gets a bath . When u pick them up they all smell AMAZING, are super happy, and exhausted from the fun they've had. The staff is extremely friendly and truly cares about your animals. I've learned to be as detailed as possible when giving instructions, so I get exactly when I'm looking for. I will be returning to Shugrem for as long as I have fur babies!

I picked my dog up yesterday 12/10/19 after he had been there for about 10 days. Upon getting home, I noted vicious bloody bruises on his belly and genitals and under his thighs and knew that my dog had definitely been attacked. This was not regular dog play, it was definitely an attack and am grateful for the anonymous tip I got confirming what I already knew. My dog was attacked by a RESCUE DOG THAT APPARENTLY HAS BEEN STAYING AT SHUGREM AND IS APPARENTLY VERY TERRITORIAL AND IS ALSO FIGHTING OTHER DOGS!!! I was never notified of his bad bruises, I believe its protocol for me to be notified but I WASN'T. imagine picking up your child from daycare with bruises all over. I reached out and they just want to stall and talk about reviewing tapes and interviewing staff that was with him. in the mean time my dog is traumatized and while I walked him this morning he kept barking at imaginary things and other dogs, something he never did before. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG STAY AWAY FROM SHUGREM.

I love this place. My dog was taken care of very well. They were able to accommodate me when I couldn't find another available pet hotel for the July 4th week. Also, when my flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. They understood my situation and let my dog stay extra. The girls were very professional and nice. When I arrive to pick up my dog, my receptionist was my dog Corina. Too cute! Thanks so much. I will choose Shugrem for future stay and recommend to my family and friends.

Talking from experience NEVER coming back!!! Left my dogs here and my little terrier came back with stitches - apparently one of the dogs bit through him. I was beyond mad! They did not even call to let us know what happened just found out when we were picking up the dogs. Only good thing was the VET bills were paid off. Now, my dogs are staying at our Vet where we know they'll be taken cared of.

Misleading advertising. Not sure this is the best option for long term boarding; may be better for daycare options. Pets are not allowed access to outside except once a week? Front lobby area has an unpleasant smell and cats just roam around there... it's really strange. Prices are reasonable but i guess you get what you pay for.

We take our dog here quarterly for grooming and when we leave town for dog-sitting. Their prices are very fair and they do a fantastic job with the grooming. The dogs look like they are having fun at this place. It is a little odd that there are always cats just hanging out in the front, but other than that the workers seem friendly and my dog seems happy and tired when she gets home from hanging out there. We will continue to use them.
