Returned some shoes and it was painless, quick and to the point...and this place is actually bigger than the one off the Katy frwy....

Ajee Had the best customer service. When I walked in the staff was so nice they were willing to help you with anything you need it. And this location always have such a wide selection and very clean store as well.

everyone is always nice. this is the largest DSW i have been to. it's HUGE inside. they have so many shoes it's unbelievable. they mainly cater to women. about 80% of the store is for women, maybe more. if you REALLY want a bargain, go straight to the back where they have clearance shoes on clearance.
