I called today 06/12 9:47am spoke with the manager asking for a specific base of paint (painters edge) the guy said we don’t sale here, but the one close by do. I asked him can you please help me out and call them to make sure they have it in stock he said they do. I asked him please call them to make sure I’m driving he said NO I’m not You can call them I’m Not doing that for you!!
I am a general contractor using SW for more than 6 years and this is in aceptable! Thank you Sherwin Williams!!

I came into the store looking for white trim paint. My house was built in 1984 and I’m not sure the house had ever been repainted. Long story short, I needed to get paint to touch up trim throughout the house. I took a cabinet door with me to match. My person mixed a gallon for me that was a perfect match.
Great job.

The paint is great. Prices are a bit high. But honestly, go to a different location than this one. The customer service at this particular location is terrible. They can't answer simple questions and forget about them using your account to keep track of stuff because they don't know how. They are just frustrating. I just started going to the other location a few more minutes away. They are much better at knowing g how to help a customer.

I needed to purchase quarts of touch up pain for our home. Guadalupe was kind, prompt in helping me, knowledgeable about paint colors, and everything I needed was in stock. The colors were mixed quickly and everyone was really warm and professional. I’ll be back!

I have come multiple times to this location and the service is always outstanding! This last time Jasmine went above and beyond to help me. I even made a mistake with my color and she was so kind fixed it without issue. She even called another store to have them reserve something for me since they didn’t have enough of what I needed.

Disappointed with recent purchase of 3 gallons of Emerald interior paint. Paint was watery, drippy & did not coat over a light gray/white surface except with 2 heavy coats of paint. Quite a change from previous purchase of SAME QUALITY PAINT 4 months ago (8 gal bought in Colorado). Houston buyers beware: SW PAINT IS POOR QUALITY. You will need to double quantity of paint, time for job, and cost of labor. All b/c SW has decided to sell inferior products at super high price (+$100/ gal). SERVICE at store is great, but staff relying on old reputation which is not being maintained by product manufacturer.

Very helpful staff. They have 30 % off sale. The young lady at checkout counter had lot of knowledge and explained all the questions we had. Our car broke down ; the gentleman from store helped us to jumpstart the car that was very kind of him. Overall if you need paint ; that’s the store you need go to.
