I received high quality service from a knowledgeable and considerate man. He guided me through paint quality decisions and answered all of my questions. My receipt says, "Paul " at the top, so I hope I am giving praise to the correct person. He has helped me in the past as well.

Yesterday, I went in to collect paint samples. First thing I noticed was that Preston held the door for me and offered a friendly greeting. Next, he took the time to answer my questions about paint samples. He took my order, told me how long it would take to prepare (15 to 20 mins) and he did not disappoint.
I simply RESPECT Respectful People! We live in a time where some ppl don't have a mind for quality service and don't care about others. I can honestly say that I not only left with great paint samples to make choices for my house; but I also left feeling Appreciated. You should also know that it was busy but the QUALITY and CARING Service was GOLDEN!

Paul was working solo today and wasted no time assisting me. I own a decorative concrete company and time is money. Paul even assisted me loading up our order! You simply don’t see service like this anymore.

The reviews are correct this location is terrible. They couldn't get a paint match even after literally an hour of waiting so in the end I picked a different color and they wouldn't give me the new quart unless I paid for the one they messed up even though it was 100% their fault for not being able to get a color match. If it was any other time I would've left and gone to another location but since they wasted a whole hour I was in a hurry so I had to buy them both. The guy that was paint matching was okay but it was the manager that was being greedy. Normally I go to the location on Rice Village and Shepherd, those locations are great. This one is corrupt which is why their reviews are so bad.

Horrible customer service! It's non existent here. DJ seemed to be the only one working at the time. First there was absolutely no greeting there was also no eye contact kept looking side to side and seemed as if he was talking to the walls. Asked him for recommendations on finish for our paint and was absolutely no help. It was pretty much whatever you want. He seemed so bothered that we were asking for help. Needless to say that we left without purchasing any paint. Made the long drive out to Benjamin Moore where I always get great customer service. Absolutely would NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!

Don’t waste your time with this store. They don’t open on time. I sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open and no one ever came or answered the phone.

I got to here at 10:40am left the place at 11:30am.It has a sign in the middle of the place which lets you know what line to get in.I went ahead and did that. So got in line behind. 2 people ahead of me. Asian guy comes and helps the first guy then helps the second guy. After that he saw thay i was next he left and did other stuff like open up a drink a drink and eat something then came back and called the guy on the other line instead of me being next in that line. He knew i was next but went ahead and let a guy he knows up first. Then he finally asked me if i was helped, i told him i have been waiting on him for a while now. And he says ok sir what you need.Its just frustrating to get somewhere and know they see you and see your in line for a while and then get jumped in line!!!!!!!
