Waste of time, do not recommend.
Employee called last Friday for a particular special rated paint. One can available, allegedly would hold for a week. Went there Monday, no paint, no record of having the paint, no ability to look up the ordering capability/process for the paint (person responsible or with adequate knowledge would be back the next day).
This cost our company money with the time expended, one and done.

Awful customer service. Morganne was rude argumentative and unprofessional. Should definitely not have a job in customer service. Tell me it’s impossible to look up account by name even though everyone else can. Than when she did said there will be thousands of companies to search for and will never find it. Was the #1 search result. She than stormed off mumbling something under her breath and when she returned with the paint she was still mumbling about how we should just do what she wanted instead of her doing her job.

Had a hard time finding our new company color (Pantone cool gray 11). After going to a couple of other stores without any luck, Meghanne was able to find it. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to match the color exactly. Made my day!

Went in to buy paint to redo the entire interior of my house (I have a commercial account for work). Troy at the counter helped me get exactly what I needed. The only thing they didn't have in stock was some oil based semi-gloss due to the supply chain issues.Troy called around to about five different SW stores for me until he found one that had it in stock. They were busy and short staffed when I went so it was something he definitely didn't have to do. I walked out with all the paint I needed about an hour later. Top notch service here.

I am purchasing some 55 gallon drums of Steel Spec Shopcoat Primer and they shipped it to this store. I called during regular business hours to arrange pick up and nobody answered the phone. It rang 20 or 30 times then just cut off. I called back and a guy answered, put me on hold and I am on hold at this very moment as I type this review. By the looks of things on this review, customer service is not a high priority at this store. They are the only place that has what I need so here I am, on hold... still!
