The gentleman with the glasses that works overnight; that refused to give me his name... and told me that he was the owner... Doesn't enjoy his job enough to actually answer the door for customers that are attempting to pay for things. I'm sure if the owner actually goes through the nighttime footage and looks he will find that gentleman slacking off all of the time. From blatantly ignoring customers after making eye contact with them, to letting them sit there for 30 minutes or more if they're patient enough to wait. The last time that I went to the store in the middle of the night, I could not for the life of me find this gentleman no matter how long I waited at the front door. Being curious as to what he could possibly be doing for 30 minutes or more, I went to see if the gentleman was possibly doing workout back throwing things away in the trash... There he was. But he wasn't working, he was sitting on the ground next to the back door smoking cigarettes. I had just used the store right now while they are still open to the public, and this gentleman was behind the counter and I asked him about this encounter we had, to which he told me, "don't come here at night use another store." To which I told him that I obviously have in the past, numerous times, and it was the main reason that I went to the store early enough to go inside today, because if I had not I would not have gotten service. Then he started swearing at me. I'm willing to bet that there are plenty of other customers that have already gone through this issue but have not left a review.

One of the guys there is very rude. I couldn't even ask him a simple question without getting an attitude from him. Terrible customer service and over priced things.

Make sure you ask for a receipt!!!! They will charge you twice for something and not give you a receipt after paying on purpose. I got my receipt thru email and text message and notice they charged me twice for an item. This is not the first time it happens.

They purposely turn off the credit card system on the pumps to induce you to go into the store to manually run card or pay cash. Oh and if you use card require minimum and charge fee. Sketchy as hell. Avoid.

Horrible place man rushed me off and when I paid my transaction with threw and everything was smooth then he came out charging at me talking about my card decline and when I came in and looked at my account my money was gone so I told him and showed him my transaction list and he said I lied and called the cops on me wouldn’t come to this store ????

This station is real nice although 1 of the pumps doesn't work with the credit card system but it's only one so I avoid it other than that everything is good and inside is real big and nice

This place will over charge you for gas, take money off your card and put it as a declined transaction and will not give you your money back. When you approach them about the situation, they will call the cops on you. They will not give you your rewards either, they will lie and say the machine is not working. When you put your phone number in when asked, it will. Please do not go here. They need new workers with better customer service.If Shell is going to have dishonest liars representing their company, they will loose me and a lot more customers.
