I purchased a tank of regular gas at the Shell station at Westheimer and Wilcrest and was charged the V-Power price. I explained this to the Shell station attendant, and he said I was lying and had purchased V-Power. I drive a 5 year old Honda, why would I buy V-Power? I have always purchased regular and have never purchased V-Power for this vehicle. Lesson learned. I will never buy gas from a Shell station ever again. This is a complete rip off.

This Shell gas station is awesome, Especially for the folks whom work there are always nice and courteous and definitely way more nicer; Unlike the rude guys from the shell station on the opposite side of beltway 8 at Bissonet St.. Do not go to that one unless you just pay at the pump and go. But at this station On Beechnut I always feel welcomed. Also what I like about this station is that is is connected to Burger King one of my favorite Burger restaurants. A special thank you to the owner and their staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years

This is “The WORST” gas station of Houston. I would not recommend to anyone Their service is terrible
The staff has no respect to the guest all they care about is money so being smart I’m not gonna waste my money here.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. I was kicked out of this shell in a very rude manner because I was carrying my handgun when I entered the store. I am duly licensed in the state of Texas to carry and was doing so because this is a high crime area. In accordance with state law, there was NO 30.07 sign posted. The owner/manager that kicked me out insisted there was a sign, but when pressed on the issue was unable to explain why there was no sign posted. He called the police and I politely left, after showing him my license to carry. If he does not support the second amendment or my lawfully obtained license I have no intention of shopping at his store or any other shell station for that matter. I would encourage anyone who intends on shopping in this area to shop at the Exxon Mobil on the west side of the beltway which is right across the street, they are very kind and much cleaner.
