If I could give O stars I would I came to get gas at 3am and as you can see it says open 24 hours ! But he refuses to let me in to pay cash for my gas he stated I needed to go across the street to BiG Mart to get gas very rude and disgusting spend your money else where !!

The pump was constantly stopping. I'd never put gas here. It was an emergency stop. Pls don't stop here unless your thirsty.

We had a blowout and had to pull over in a gas station February 17, 2024 around 7:45pm. We were on our way to pick up our mother from the nursing home to spend a few days with her. No public restroom was stated to us tonight from the male attendant/cashier at Shell gas station (TRI-STAR), at the intersection of Cook Rd and 12300 Beechnut St. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! I also wonder how many times has this happened to someone! Health conditions are emergencies! SHAME ON YOU SHELL!!

Called to find out if the car wash was open. It was so I headed over on my lunch break. Car wash did a good job of removing the bugs from the front grill after we drove all night last weekend. No sign was posted about how to get the free vacuum to work so I called again and was told they would be out to turn it on for me. Vacuum lasted just long enough to do all the floors and seats. Car looks good now.

On my last visit I was in a hurry and I had problems when paying, the gas pumps did not accept my card and I had to wait in line to pay with cash directly at the counter.
