I got short changed S1.00 dollar, called the clerk out and he got angry about it. They refuse to give change if you have a $20 bill. Will try to give you a bunch of quarters or $1.00 bills. This happens on morning and night shifts.

Rest rooms are always so called broke, but see management use them regularly, ? if they cant keep restrooms able for other to use they need to close store down, but will not shop or get gas from this Station ever

This gas â›½ï¸ station is okay 👌 I wouldn't recommend it to a woman especially weekendS cuz it be aLOT OF MEN.... NOW I COULD SAY THEY COULD WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I THINK THEY GET ROB PEOPLE MAY WAS STEAL OUT OF THE STORE IN THE PASS I SAY BECAUSE WHEN I GO THEY BE WATCHING YOU THE WHOLE TIME YOU IN THEIR .... oooo SOME PRETTY BAD APARTMENTS ALOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE BUT HEY 👋 OVER ALL YULL MAKE IT SAFE JUST BRING YOU MAN WITH YOU GET GAS

Fraud on two of my credit cards in the past two months. Reported this location to Shell corporate. Once your card is used at this location it will be used again at a Katy location for a larger amount. In my case $85.

They have slot machine , PLS DO NOT PLAY , at first they had old machines , twice my money had got stuck in the machine , manager wasn't friendly and refuse to look at me in my eye while.speaking always pacing not paying attention they owe me 30 dollars , they say they don't have the key for it and not part of it ???? Then why do they pay us when we win if they are not part of it ? So one month later. The old machines had been replaced to new ones .. I asked where my money they kept laughing and saying I don't know smh I called shell Corp and I was promised money back and they apologize giving me 25 cents off each gallon ( what a joke ) three months now still haven't got paid or received any calls ...
