Card reader required me to go in. Then employee made me charge XX dollars on my credit card. Went back to my car to fill then had to go back for a CREDIT for the unused original charge. All told added 5 minutes to an easy transaction otherwise. Right around the block from me and I won't go back again. Other problems previously but this was the last straw.

SCAMMING and HIGH PRICES! I went here and no less than 10 mins after using my card I had gotten 3 texts asking me to follow a link! My bank verified that they are phishing texts and more than likely my info was gotten from the last place I used my card. Also diesel here is about a 1$ more than anyplace on westheimer, for example today OnCue on westheimer was 4.60 and this place was 5.80! Absolutely no reason for anyone to go here.

THEY STEAL DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! I have family that has been living down the road for years now. Everytime I come to visit once or twice a year I use my card there and a few days later some unauthorized charges show up and I have to get a new card due to fraud. I just moved down here and surely enough I went to the same store and someone used my information to pay for some vehicle insurance or some kind of vehicle payment.

I am completely in shock how rude and straight up lazy some ppl are. The shell is connected to a McDonald's and you'd think they'd work together for convenient servicing but nooooo!! I asked for extra napkins- couldn't get them or a dang straw! I had to go into the gas station store for 1. I mumbled under my breathe,"napkins." As my lovely server from the drive thru window passed by me. She looked at me and with the most sarcasm she could possibly push, she STOPPED IN MY FACE..AND rolled her eyes AT ME!!! HONEY,(CHERISE OR CHEYNESE OR ?W/E HER NAME IS(she was wearing the manager uniform)) IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, QUIT. There's an overabundance of ppl in this city who'd love to have your job. This was a Tuesday at around 3:30 pm beginning of November.

Bad customer service here. The man was rude and don't know how to treat people. Take business elsewhere, this is not how to keep your customers.

Last time I went there I wanted to buy a lottery ticket and did not have cash , guy tells me that I can't pay with card for lottery tickets and that's fine I go to the bank and get cash out come back and saw another customer paying for a lottery ticket with a card I asked the teller why was that other customer able to pay with card and I was not allowed teller tells me that he bought $20 of tickets I told him that I wanted to do the same just to see what he would say and he said no that it was company policy but I kept asking him why was that customer allowed to pay with card for lottery ticket and I was not I let the issue go and wanted to buy a ticket with cash and teller just kicked me out last time I will ever go there I use to spend at least 200 or more in fuel every week............ will not go there ever again rude with the customers.

Rude... guy there can not be described as anything else but a jerk. Pumps empty, they don't even know how to manage their supplies! I work next door but will never ever fill up there again! Do yourself a favor and go across the street!!
