Super sketchy; tap-to-pay scam?
I went inside to pay for $20 with tap-to-pay from my phone at pump 16. Got a receipt, walked outside, tried to pump and got a message saying "replace/return nozzle, see cashier." Went back inside and spoke to cashier only to be told that they can't see the transaction on their end. They can't explain where the money went. Super nice cashier, but when she called her boss they kept insisting I pumped it. There are cameras. They are welcome to check them instead of blaming me for their faulty system. I asked for a refund and am told I need my physical card to receive a refund, it cannot go back without it. I used tap to pay because I didn't have my card. So now I'm waiting in my car for a family member to bring my physical card so I can get a refund. Super shady and unacommodating to the customer.

I am a regular customer here and those I have interacted with have been good people. Don't use their public restroom that needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The car wash needs the same treatment.

I went to this store, bought half a tank of gas and couldn’t get home because the gas I purchased was bad. I have to find a mechanic to fix my fuel injectors now. Thanks Shell!
