Had a flat tire and couldn't replace it with spare cause the bolts were revited too tightly. I stopped by SHELL GAS STATION'S mechanic shop (9503 Westhiemer) and asked if they could assist me with the problem. The person I talked to was a guy named, MOON. He was polite and helpful as he assessed the situation and quickly resolved my issue. Very impressed with the professionalism of this mechanic shop. You don't come across help like this, these days. Thank you sir... (MOON)

As always, Westheimer Shell provides the greatest service for automotive care! I brought my vehicle in for emergency service (it was stalling on the road), and the mechanics stayed past closing time 1 hour to remedy (at least part) of the issues.
I've been a loyal customer to this establishment for many, many years, and I'll recommend Westheimer Shell to anyone with automotive repair needs ?

I been a costumer for longer, the owner really good person almost friend… BUT he been hiring the wrong people… the other day I arrive to put some gas, I just have coins in that moment (quarter’s not even dimes)… over his shoulder he told me “coins?”… Pretty gently I told him, “those are just quarters” at the end he said “everybody wants to exchange money here”My question is, coins are not money or what?Mr Owner, those guys are affecting negatively your business and all the effort you been putting on your business, hope to come back and found people who deserves the position ??

In the sales part they are hiring personnel that they do not want. Work today Monday 10/07 between 5:40 and 6 pm the boy who was there got upset because I bought some scratch offs and gave him so he could give me the prize I bought two more I gave them to him again and he gave me another one with a bad character and denying, if you are upset, don't work with the public if you don't have the desire to sell, close the door and lock yourself so that they vote for you lazy people who want to work for hours and do nothing.

They told me they change my oil and filter i was asking show me my old filter its end it up they couldn't change my filter because bolt was stuck, and they didn't change oil why they wanna charge me if they didn't change my oil & filter

Pulls up. Ask for price on a oil and filter change .. guy says I don’t have filter because it’s a Jaguar. I then we’ll how much for just oil change… he then states he can’t change the oil without the filter. No wonder there were no cars here and he was sitting on his azz

The guys here that do the maintenance on my car and families car’s are extremely honest and do an excellent job. I have been coming here for years even though I live downtown. The integrity the staff has is unmatched. Excellent service every single time.

Don’t EVER buy air bars or anything related from this gas station!!!! My friends and I recently bought one and it was USED, completely finished. When we went back to return it, literally 30 secs later, he said he couldn’t return it because the store policy was to check everything you buy before leaving and there was no sign about any store policies. I literally had to argue the man down about getting a refund or replacing the item. Everything about this store is disgusting, COVID is still around and they are reselling USED things!!!

Terrible experience here!I passed my vehicle inspection 6 days ago at Jiffy Lube and unfortunately misplaced the paper.On a crunch for time before my DMV appointment I came to shell.I passed my inspection 6 days ago, yet these guys told me I needed to buy a new windshield wiper and would not pass if I didn’t.Scam.I buy the windshield wiper, pass the inspection and Was charged $47.10.. or so I thought.I checked my bank account today and there is a charge for $74.10 from Shell.I still have the receipt that says $47.10I’m currently on the phone with my bank to get this resolved.Whoever “Hakam” is, you should seriously be ashamed of yourself, you Bum.
