Horrible customer service I've been coming here for the past 6 months and I never have problems until the over night guy comes. CLAIMS his is a "manager" which I can tell he isn't calling me all types of rude names b**** and w**** the list goes on doesn't want to give me a cup of ice I go there everyday to get ice with my OWN cup during the day they say it's free and no problem but at night time I have to pay and i can't bring my own cup. The issue is the way he responded was unprofessional he shouldn't be working there calling People out there names not only that but constantly looking at you inappropriate I'm not sure of his name but it's a older guy only works overnight.

This place is full of excuses.I'm a regular customer ever since they opened, but now the restroom are ? "out of service" . That has been their excuse for the last 6 months.I'm now searching for a different gas station. Not worth spending $500 a week on gas!

inhumane people!!!! our car overheated so we park outside, bought water, gatorade and motor oil. While waiting for tow truck they won't allow us to stay inside store for a while. And its freaking hot at 2pm. Shame on you all!

Shopped here multiple times per week for the last 3 years. I will not be back after today.I purchased fuel and items from the store today, simply asked the Indian guy to break my $20, and he would not do it. He came up with 2 different excuses as to why he would not break the bill, so he is also a liar... only one excuse or the other could be true, not both... he is useless and does not take care of customers.He wanted me to purchase another item before making the change... shame on me for not asking for a smaller bill before the register drawer slammed shut.I will take my business where common-sense service exists.

Came here after a bad experience from the star stop north of here about 1 min drive they would not let me use the restroom over there. Here they were the totally opposite. Thank you!

That strong face young lady on the a.m. shift is the most incompetent, rude, & disrespectful individual working in there. Idk the relation or why he keeps her, maybe they are short staffed. She has a habit of running her mouth and putting gas on the wrong pump. We literally get gas here, every other day, so today wasn't her first day making a "mistake", today was just the day we were fed up! You don't like your job, leave. & if you don't like America, LEAVE! Oh & she's going to talk cash ish because she feels safe behind that counter, but everybody don't be playing love. Smh, customer service is a joke here! But shoutout to the other two young employees on the evening shift, they do their job & do it well.
