Gas price is good but difference in Regular and V-Power is $1.50 is too much I usually use V-Power but due to huge difference I am not getting V-Power from Shell

Was unable to use my fuel rewards at this location. The cashier seemed nice but frustrated and stressed. But the inability to use my rewards means I am unlikely to return to this location.

They need a security service working this location for the ladies that work alone here. Too many homeless people in this area for there not to be.

I paid inside and went to wash my car but as i enter to car wash it stopped working and left my car with foam it was a horrible experience

Horrible experience. Paid $20 for gas in cash and only got $8 worth of fuel. When I began to pump the pump said "12.74" and went from there all the way to $20. They practically stole $12. I told the cashier, did not do a single thing about it. Only said "talk the the manager" I asked where the manager was, he said he'll be here tomorrow. Don't come here unless you want to get robbed.

Very bad, I paid with a card, I asked for my receipt and when I went to put my gas in my place there was nothing... the man at the till had put it in another pump, his mistake. I told him to check his camera, which he refused and he didn't give me the money back either. So you know, give them your receipt and also very important, LOOK AT YOUR POM NUMBER. I will never go there, nor will I recommend it.

Customer service is so poor it's ridiculous! Only reason I come is because gas is cheapest here.
