I’m a regular customer at this store and up until today loved spending my money here when I needed to grab something from the store rather than going to the other stores by this one. The staff is typically always friendly and welcoming! Today I was doubled charged on my account sending it into overdraft. This is the second time that I’ve been double charged at this store but the first one I just let it go because accidents happen. I walked in said Hi and politely asked if there was a manager in that I could speak with. Without even asking what I needed, she immediately said no he comes in tomorrow so you’ll have to come back then. I explained to her the situation and she was extremely rude yelling “Well I didn’t double charge you!” I never once accused her of doing it but I was charged by the store... hints as to why I asked for management. I then asked if I could have the number to reach a manager so that we could get this matter resolved as soon as possible. She then yells “I’m not giving you his cell phone number!” I replied, Can you call him yourself while I’m here and explain to him the situation so that he can walk you through the steps of refunding my money? Again still very rude and now she’s angry with me when I’m the one that was wrongfully charged. She was never apologetic about the situation and did not care to help me resolve the issue. There was another man behind the counter with her and he stepped in as he noticed the way she was treating me. He never apologized for her actions but he did at least say that he’d take down my number and give the manager a call so that he could get back with me to resolve the issue. She is now furious behind the counter. Again, I’m a regular customer so I’m extremely familiar with all of the staff. The lady is new and has only been there for about a month or so... every time I come in she’s got an attitude and rude. I once walked in and over heard her on the phone complaining about working and how they are making her work all day long. She’s aways on her phone and eating behind the counter... today it was a McDonald’s feast laid out on the counter. All of the other staff are extremely friendly and welcoming when I come in. But she definitely doesn’t represent this store very well! I will be speaking with the manager about her customer service skills as I don’t appreciate be treated like I’m nothing. When the money I spend in the store helps her get a pay check. Her name was Jennifer! Idk if she lied about that but that’s what she told me. She was there today at 2:30pm when I walked in. If you run the cameras back you can see her going back and forward with me as if I was a child. I don’t appreciate being treat that way and I feel she has the wrong job. She should be replaced immediately so that another paying customer will not have to deal with her being rude every time they walk in. The next customer might not be as nice as me. And I can’t say that I’ll be as nice the next time she approaches me in that manner. This is typically my favorite store to stop at but I don’t feel that I’ll be able to spend anymore money there if I’m going to be treated like dirt.

It was going good with the upgraded pumps until today, 3/3/18. We bought a car wash at the pump since the prompt asks if you'd like one. When we pulled to the car wash keypad the only sign there said “use exact changeâ€. We punched in the code and then realized there was no water running. We had seen a guy run through it but didn't thought much of it since we hadn't driven through. Then we notice the water is shut off and there's hoses running from the water faucets. We pull out and see there are men hand washing vehicles and have the hoses running back to the car wash. We go inside to get our $9 back and are told no, since we punched in the code. Had there been signs indicating it would be a hand wash not drive thru car wash, we wouldn't have purchased since we were on our way to an appt. The guy was rude and unwilling to do anything, he acknowledged the car wash was shut off but just grinned. We asked for the owners contact number, he gave us a number which we now realize was just to the Texaco down the street. We're contacting Shell's franchise license department to discuss this. We obviously didn't use our paid for car wash but instead of giving us our money back like we wanted he issued us another car wash... terrible customer service and we're sure Shell would agree.

The positive is that they don't charge an extra fee for using a credit card. the negative is they have not upgraded their pumps and sometimes the screens are hard to read

The cashiers are always friendly. There is a McDonald's with a drive thru in the store. The parking lot is busy.
