Used to work at the Dennys right there so I kno the guy with the glasses with the dent in his head is kinda wacky..,but recently like a day or so I goes to get gas he sleep behind the counter I woke him up I guess I startled him he just stared at me with a mug and then proceeded to say I stole something last week and I’m like what….if that’s the case call the cops I’ll wait he started to apologize and say maybe he’s wrong I just left after that cuz it was awkward

The outside of this gas station is very dirty and an entire section of their pumps are not functional. I asked for a receipt, but it didn't print. However, the gas is cheap compared to nearby stations.

Stopped for gas today Jan 14th at 9 am. Tried 3 different pumps of which none worked. Went inside to find out why. The employee was on the phone texting and reply’s, “we may be out of gas”. Is he being paid to not know if there is gas available? Why could he not come out and let us know that there is no gas? …because he is to busy texting when he should be working.

If you like my reviews, don't forget to Adi me as a friend. I come to the Shell occasionally cuz it's right next to the place that I like to come to for Vietnamese iced coffee, and I have to say it's excellent to have a convenience store right where I need one. How convenient, lol. So everything here works really great, and the little bonus is that they have a really attractive picture posted here for the car wash, as you can see, which is funny because it's just a regular car wash, but you wouldn't know it to look at the picture. That's why I gave them an extra star.

Guy was arguing with a lady in front of me before I even got up to the counter. Called her all types of names and then proceeded to act rude when I asked a simple question. 1st AND last time going there.

Worst experience ever in my life first time ever there and the cashier gave so much Attitude. It was obvious he was having a bad day way before my presence and decided to take his anger out on me by trapping me inside the store and assaulting me with an over exaggerating amount of pepper spray I actually have everything on video... even after the fact I had already left the store and was outside of it he decides to rum after to do so.. I had The paramedics come help me out for 30 minutes because I couldn't stop the pain nor could I breathe during the time. Worst store you can ever go to... I highly recommend nobody to go to this store for anything.. I would hate to hear anyone go thru the same suffering as I did.. I will file a law suite on them

Was late to the airport and needed to refill a rental car. The pump said “see cashier†since I was traveling out of state and my credit card set off a fraud alert (in which case the card has to be run by a cashier and not at the pump). The guy flat out refused to sell me gas and acted like I was trying to con him. Made random personal insults to my character and kept wasting time when he knew I had a flight to catch. Finally sold me $10 of gas. Absolutely rude and ridiculous experience. Will never go there again!

Wanted to get gas for my truck at at 9:30 pm on Sunday and the guy attending said it was closed ! Didn't open the door. I am a 5'3 female I am not going to do anything crazy. All I wanted was $50 of gas . Worst customer service.
