BEWARE!!!! This station held $200 on my cc after a decline at the pump for SEVERAL DAYS. Paid inside for gas but now disputing the $200 hold w card company. Don't put a huge hold on ppls cards then decline and hold their money. Horrible!

I have frequented this place for gas fill-ups and Vehicle inspections for years. Even recommended a friend when she needed someone to change her battery at home and which BTW she reported she was overcharged for the service.I was however extremely disappointed to bring my vehicle for the annual State Vehicle inspection and paid the fees and later to find that I was not eligible to renew the registration yet because my vehicle was just earlier than the 90 days prerequisite. I asked the person who did the inspection at the station and he gruffly grunted I asked for it and he is not obliged to inform me of my mistake. I met with the boss and he was no better at dealing with the issue. In no uncertainty, he hollered that I will have to live with that. Before the inspection certificate is signed over to the customer, the inspector has to get into the Tx DPS website to register the inspection. The rejection of this inspection will have alerted the logger that the renewal was not yet available. The inspector could have had informed me but instead issued me an invalid certificate. I left in disgust and swore not to bring my business here again. I had overlooked the incident when my credit card was hacked at this station in the past. Avoid this place.

The mechanics here have worked on my cars for 30 years now, and I have had consistently good and honest service. Today's example: My car was hesitating to start when cold and the battery was badly corroded. The battery was 3 years old and I was totally prepared to buy a new one. Instead, Naser tested the battery, repeated the test for me to see, and told me that the battery was fine but the corrosion was draining the charge. He cleaned the battery, charged it, and coated the terminals to inhibit future corrosion.

Have turned to Shell at Stella Link and North Braeswood for years to handle both routine maintenance, inspections and various repairs (e.g. alternator replacement). I've never been disappointed. They are reasonably priced, do quality work, and have really gone the extra mile service-wise!

Went to get my air fixed Saturday and paid for it and it was fixed, Monday it is blowing hot again. I call and tell them what happened so they said come back in. I go Wednesday morning they say it'll be ready by 1030 I go at noon it's still not ready, and I go at 1 to pick it up. Then then try to charge me more yet I paid for it Friday. I let him know that I will not pay more when they should have fixed it properly Saturday. The mechanic or owner gets mad and says that's not how to do business, but I paid for it to get fixed and still ended up sweating in rush hour traffic because it didn't work. He then said I don't want to see your vehicle again, and tore up my receipt. I know that it wasn't my fault but I felt he was wrong how he handled it. I guess my car is no longer welcome at his shop-, but I'm rolling with cold air today so I'm good.

This small Shell station offers mechanical repairs as well as the annual state inspections needed to register your vehicle. There is usually not a line to get an inspection here either, and the whole process took about 5-10 minutes. The real asset of this station is the owner, Nasir, who not only owns the place but can often be seen doing some of the mechanical repairs himself! He is extremely kind and patched a hole in my tire and refused to accept any payment for it, saying he was happy to do it just to help me out. He also let me use their air pump to check and fill my tires to the appropriate air pressure levels for free as well. This is a wonderful locally-owned business and worthy of your patronage.

These are some of the nicest guys around. We did some remodeling for them. And listening and watching how they treat their customers was nice. They treated us nicely as well even tho we were impacting their business. Very clean place.
