Refused to exchange or refund on a lg carton of cigarettes while I'm still store wanting to change the brand,, stating it's the law is it? Be careful no refund no exchange

No small bills? If you can only take exact change, post it on the door. Normally not an issue to use a debit card, but I walked & only had a $20.

Do not shop here unless you want to pay more than you would anywhere else. Especially if you’re going in for cigarettes. They charge $2 more than other gas stations in the area.

Went in after mask mandate was over to get a slim Jim because I am working and dude threw a hissy fit and wouldn’t do business with me because I had my shirt as a mask as I work outside and usually don’t have to go into a store

I don't know the name of the clerk with the long purple painted fingernails but this makes it 2x she's been in terrible mood. Young lady check your attitude at the door. You're job is customer service. Smile, have a sense of humor. Remember, you couldn't of woke up to see today. Humble yourself. I'm praying for your soul!!! Have a blessed day!!!!

this is my go to gas station. always clean, pumps operational and gas station is well lit. the doors to the inside of the store are closed until 5am. they have air and water pump that takes credit cards.

I stopped here on my way back from a closing in Kingwood to fill up and use the restroom. Clerks tell me restrooms are outside. I opened the door and there was trash everywhere, the smell of urine was so bad I had to literally hold my breath and to top it all off no paper towels or toilet paper. Disgusting!!! I understand things get busy but this place hasn't been cleaned or anything in days, maybe weeks to be in this condition. If i didn't have to use the restroom so bad i would have gladly went somewhere else. gain I understand it gets buys, but it was rush hour and 2 clerks inside and only me and one other customer present so why they are not taking better care of this place I don't get it... Wont stop there again!
