I requested fresh fries, felt I was polite about it and told them I didn't mind waiting. I watched the cashier tell the cook to make the fries fresh and then they made a joke and then gave me my fries cold. Literally so much disrespect. I didn't approach them in an ill way at all and they decided to treat a customer like this. You can tell they hate their jobs and give bad service simply because they don't care.

Building that is also shared with a Jack-in-the-Box has a rat infestation so gross. Do not buy food from here. Gas is also expensive.

Owners are ripping off Texans! This is always, always, always the most expensive gas station anywhere in our area. And yet, during the air show they can drop their price down to 2.99 a gallon proving that they can a. Make a decent profit off of a decent price and b. Are Overcharging the hell out of anybody who might buy gas here at any other time! Dropping your price down for one weekend to a reasonable price in order to scoop up extra business during the air show is pathetic and un-American! #UNpatriotic #ripping off Americans

Inconvenient Gas Station. Do not expect to be able to pay at the pump; they’re always broke. If customers wanted to “see cashier” they would have gone inside in the first place. I have asked why all the card readers are broke year after year and they just repeat back “They are all broke. Pay inside here”. Obviously, they don’t care to fix them. Some of the pumps (closer to the broke carwash) pump extremely slow. I pumped for a whole minute and only had .30 of gas in my tank after.For more CONVENIENCE, go to the next gas station because this place does not care.

While I was eating there one of the workers of the restaurant was saying racist thing to another employee about been Mexican the lady was off the clock and was with insane attitude issues and I seen her treat customers very rudely she is an older lady with I'm guessing Middle East descent

Every single time I go they get the order wrong. Every time never fails! The food is all dried up and looks old. They even get the drink wrong and gave me water instead of sprite. I only go because it is close to my house but after several horrible experiences, I don't mind driving else where.

No toilet paper in the women restroom. Hand towel motion sensor broken also. Debit card reader broken so they are Cash only. Customers kept leaving because we could not purchase snacks or drinks. I went to Exxon bc they were taking too long with the cashier trying to reboot the card reader. Overpriced Redbulls by 50 cents, must be mismanaged funds if they are charging more than other convenience stores yet lacking essential amenities.

This particular location is horrible only 2 stars because the staff was very nice!!! But food made me and my family sick all night and very greasy more than normal. Won't be returning to this location ever again

I was just at this Jack at 8 am ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit... it was cold and the biscuit was stale like it was left over from last week... it is a very convenient location for me but not worth the 10 minute trip the hash brown was also cold and had been fried in old grease so I just wasted my money and because this is not eatable... coffee was fresh and good

I've been working at Ellington airport for almost 5 years and this location is always hit or miss but seems more on the miss end of the spectrum. It's a fast food restaurant and almost every time I go regardless of there being one customer or twenty customers they always tell you to go wait for you food in the parking lot. You'd think the extra time would mean they'd have your order correct at least but that's not the case. Got reheated chicken strips today. Yippee!

Used to be Texaco. Not sure if it's old gas remains but I have a sensitive ECU map. This 93 octane caused knocking.
