Came in around 11:10 the older lady working inside had every single customer wait outside to come in, and when you came in, she would locked you inside and had you wait until she checked out all customers to open the door again. Very strange and uncomfortable! I didn’t feel safe. If she’s doing this for a safety issue, they need to hire a security guard. Worst experience ever !!!!

I don't mind at all, not one single bit, to let another customer to go ahead of me in line, I have all the time in the world.But when it is done without any kind of acknowledgement whatsoever, then it appears on purpose. I don't care at all about the reason, but couldn't it at least have been acknowledged? I ended up strictly forbidden from ever coming back or be arrested. I was pumping gas into my Honda Accord. When the tank was full, pump failed to shut off automatically. I ended up with gasoline sprayed in my face and am now blind in my left eye. Oh, I went in and reported it but I guess officer was on the phone with another country vulgarly telling them everything that is going on

This gas station has the cheapest gas around. I usually come here to fill up my tank when it almost reaches the bottom.

I'm gonna pass this one over to Barbi because Shell know more about it than I will. This is the Shell station located on Westheimer right across from the gym that hubby and I go to, and gas is sometimes decently priced and it's convenient if you're going this way, or if you have already been to a business in this parking lot, but other than that it's not the best and does have a couple of issues.

Nice and clean with the cashier being the highlight. On my receipt it says his name was Basudev. So nice and welcoming, even asked about my day; rare to experience at a convenience store.

I purchased a tank of regular gas at the Shell station at Westheimer and Wilcrest and was charged the V-Power price. I explained this to the Shell station attendant, and he said I was lying and had purchased V-Power. I drive a 5 year old Honda, why would I buy V-Power? Lesson learned. I will never buy gas from a Shell station again.
