What’s the point of pay at the pump if every time you try it it says please see cashier. I try to get DEF from here and the pumps never work unless you go inside and prepay I’ll just go to a different store… sorry about yalls luck fix your pumps

Carwash is a joke. Just got ripped off with no customer service number or anything to get a refund. Paid the $12 carwash and it stopped working in the middle of wash leaving my vehicle worse than what it was. DONT RECOMMEND unless you want same issue happening to you.

This shell is the only location that gives me issues trying to use my fuel awards at the pump when it comes to paying with a debit/credit card. Says invalid card or can't read card chip and please go see cashier. Nope! Why haven't then upgraded to tap card devices like other fuel location.

$10 parking for a semi truck. Inside there’s a taco place with so so tacos. I tried the steak fajitas tacos, they were lacking of flavor because the meat it’s boiled rather then seared. But overall it’s not too bad

Service in the cashier is slow and mean because the Hindu cashier always with bad attitude and if you ask for something they answer like you are asking for a hand out and the breakfast tacos in the primos same way the lady is always like she don’t like her job plus if you don’t know you have to get in line again to pay for your tacos in the gas cashier’s dealing again with the Hindu old guy attitude.

Rude stuck up Indian people run this Shell. It says open 24 hrs and usually and an older Indian man is working nights and just has the door locked. I asked to use the bathroom and I was ignored. I’m a truck driver and spend good money here and they don’t appreciate it. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the people. Last time I come here, truckers go park somewhere else. Spend your money where people appreciate you instead of getting treated like garbage
