The person who works in the morning is very rude and does not deal well with customers. I think he is the owner of the store.

I paid for a car wash at the entrance. My payment went through and I entered the car wash, but nothing happened. I went inside and they told me that it was out of order. There was no signage stating it was out of order and they would not refund me. They told me to come back another day I don’t live in the area so that’s not really possible. They said there was nothing they could do.

Horrible. The guy that works there shouts at customers and is rude. There was an elderly man who was inside about a problem at his pump. The cashier printed the receipt and shouted at the elderly man. The cashier needs to find another job not dealing with people. This is a small gas station and there are plenty others nearby. Will not recommend this location.

It says 24 hours but is NEVER actually open 24 hours. I get off work at 2am and they are always closed. At least change the hours

I was appalled by the treatment I received from the morning attendant, Jorge, at your store. Despite having my service animal with me during the transaction, Jorge screamed at me to leave, claiming that "no dogs are allowed." Even after another customer complimented my dog's behavior, Jorge continued to be rude and disrespectful. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge my service animal, but he also threw my purchase on the counter and aggressively demanded that I leave the store. This level of hostility and lack of customer service, especially at 7 am, is unacceptable. I will not be returning to your store and believe that management should be made aware of Jorge's behavior. It's disheartening to encounter such hostility, especially when simply trying to conduct a transaction.Jorge is not a nice employee and he should read up on service animal laws

The dude in here is unnecessarily rude. He screams at customers and I have a service animal in which he told me I could not bring into the store. He needs to get fired. Putting a bad rep. I tell everyone not to go to this gas station unless they want to be harassed

Pumps don't like my older car. I try pumping and it gives me 10¢ at a time. Staff was rude to me on a visit where he was on the phone for over 10 minutes I started looking through the lighters; they had zodiacs, and they took them and said, "don't do that" the snacks are lacking, bathrooms are outside and require a key that always seems to be a problem to get. Better off going to Phillips around the corner.For some reason they disabled the preset price feature you can do which was just the last straw, in tired of giving this place chances.

This station ripped me off by charging me for more gallons than I put in. I've calculated my mpg for over a hundred fill-ups and these numbers weren't possible. Told the manager and he didn't care.
