Absolute worst. Poor customer service doesn't even begin to address how this location treats their customers. I'll push my car to the next gas station before I ever use this place again.Shell should do better with who they allow to represent them.

Went here for a oil change and a week later (today) went out to find oil leaking. Went back to have it fixed and while I ran into the store the shop guy started lifting my suv. When I came out he said there was no problem when you could clearly see where he wiped the oil off..Really? I didn't want a refund or ANYTHING else. I just wanted it fixed..Very dishonest! I'll take my business elsewhere next time..Disappointed for sure..

Great employees ,and friendly service. Their prices for gas is what you see from the street. You don't have to drive in get out your car ,and then be disappointed about the price( Shampooing you)
