Went inside to prepay for gas and get coffee, and was still goven the higher price of gas at the pump. The bait and switch of gas prices on the sign is getting old.

Customer service is somewhat a little bad but there's always a need for improvement I will return again to give them another chance if there was lots of items in the store that appears to be outdated old the I see that we wanted to get machine was broken but was still standing just be very careful when you're purchasing something out of here be sure and check your dates for expiration

Today 2-2-2021 at 5pm the attendant at this shell location told my elderly mother not to buy lottery here anymore. We are neighbours to this location and spend weekly $150 plus at this location, not nomore. You have lost our business for life and I will report to the lottery commission, hope they lose license as well.

Exceptional customer service, representation of the brand, and genuine awesomeness for each customer. We things I witnessed while waiting in line to get day drunk. Take note, I wasn't drunk. But wanted to be, and not because of the store because of my own qualities as a human. Non the less they really listened the what did felt like the world owed me.

WARNING: Stopped to get $20 worth of gas and they held 198 dollars from my account. They put a 99 dollar hold on each gas transaction that you make and they could hold your money for days.
