The store smells horrible. We decided to get some items from inside the store and before I left he put the receipt on top of the items and as I was about to reach for it he quickly took it back, which I thought was weird, but then handed it to me. I looked later at the receipt and noticed a weird charge under tax. This was separate from the actual tax for the whole purchase.
