I made an appointment online before going for a state inspection. The gentleman who helped me was nice and got me in and out within 10 mins. Super easy and quick.

Gas prices were overpriced significantly compared to other gas stations, a similar concern that has been brought up before in other complaints. Will not be coming back here again!

If you're looking for a reliable place to get your oil change and auto care services done, I highly recommend the Shell gas station on 319 Shepherd Dr, Houston. Their team of experts provided exceptional service and made the entire process hassle-free. The technicians were efficient and meticulous in their work, ensuring that my car received top-quality care. The staff was friendly, approachable, and provided helpful recommendations for maintaining my vehicle's longevity. With their reasonable prices and outstanding customer service, I will definitely be returning to this Shell location for all my automotive needs!

Gas station always locked with a sign that says “be Right back in 5 mins”…. Of course I waited 10 mins just to see… no one showed up

I didn't schedule an appointment. I just drove right up and asked for an oil change. The gentleman helping me explained the difference between synthetic and regular oil and provided the pricing for both. I told them I was in a time crunch and needed it done in under an hour. They finished the oil change within 30 minutes, reset the oil change light for me, and added the mileage sticker to the inside of my windshield. I bought some snacks too and they literally finished the oil change before I could eat the snacks. Highly recommend.

If you want stripped oil drain plugs goto this shop for an oil change. I'm now having to replace the entire oil pan thanks to the shoddy work this place did. Avoid at all costs

Gas prices are rigged at double of what nearby gas stations are charging, unable to use any rewards . They’re definitely sharks. Stay away. This gas station was EMPTY lol

Gave our car to be fixed. The gentleman said that he owned the body shop which he did not. They were from Jordan and they said that they will fix the car. They charged my daughter for $2,000 and the car was never fixed properly. Then my daughter being naive as she is. She gave the car back to him to finish the job and do it right. He charged her another$1500.00 they were the thiefs in the night. I suggest not even to go there to even pump gas

If you're looking for honest and excellent auto service for your high end vehicle, this is the place! I started with an oil change (Audi A5) which led to trusting them with all maintenance and repair. This trust has been affirmed by several returning customers I've met during these interactions. Grateful is an understatement. IKYK

If you are out of gas, you are better off pushing your car 2 blocks to any other station

This is the best car shop in Houston. They have found nails in my tires and repaired them quickly, and the repairs lasted well over 3 years in this extreme weather. They are efficient, priced fairly, and I have sold and bought 3 cars with them so far. They are family owned and operated, multigenerational, and the owner is almost always on site. I can't imagine going somewhere else. They have gone above and beyond anything I have ever seen from a dealership or repair shop. They have solved my dilemmas, kept my cars running safely over the years, given me rides home, and looked out for me always. Thank you Mo, your family and staff!

Long story short: the owner cannot be trusted. He pushed for a $925 brake pads + rotor job when I didn’t need it.More details: I went there few times and the owner sounded trustworthy. But recently, I went for my car inspection. He told me I had to change my brake pads and rotors for $925 !!! (front :$400 and rear: $425. I was eager to have that done, so I told him ok to bring the spare parts and I’ll come back after lunch.During that time, I brain started to kick in on this $925. So I checked the price for the spare pads, which was only $150 and ask around for the rotor. First, the rotor didn’t need to be changed as they were smooth and they had a negligible step on the edge. I went back to tell him about my hard time to justify a $925 price, when I can do it myself for $150. As soon as he and this son told me the rotor had a “special” coating, I walked off from my first agreement (I know it is bad). So, I did change my brake pad myself. To my surprise, I found out I didn’t even need to change them !!! He got me twice. Thinking about it, I realized as he didn’t take the wheel off, he couldn’t inspect the wear on the brake pad.I felt a bit bad about myself. I look sharp enough and crooks are normally hesitant to sell me on their lies. I’ll say it was the morning, I didn’t look full wake up ;-)
