Nobody has came out of the business to help me with the gas station pump. It keeps declining my credit card wage. It keeps thinking it's a debit card and it's a credit card so I don't know how I can get gas here.
Don't understand why that other Shell gas station didn't want to help me. The guy looked at me and said no to me for some stupid reason. If he has a problem with people in uniform nobody should go there in my suggestion cuz if he's rude to me he's going to be rude to everybody else

Be careful. Fraudulent activity. Stopped here to get gas quickly. Only to discover the pump I selected was “faulty”. Go inside to pay, transaction goes through and when I try to put gas, the pump asks me to put it pack on the pump 2x. It resets as if I got the gas I paid for, which I didn’t. Pump tells me to go inside to get money back. Go back inside and the guy has the audacity to get an attitude with me. He states that the money was posted back to my account. When I attempted to repay, it triggered my fraudulent alert because there was multiple times that I was charged. I even got 2 emails from shell company through the fuel rewards of two allegedly transactions. One which included gatorade. Everyone that knows me is aware I do not consume food coloring. Will be filing a police report and a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. As well as the attorney general’s office. Very odd they dont have a working business phone number.

I do not recommend the mechanics to anyone, nor are they abusive with prices and work very poorly.

Regular gas price is competitive (perhaps because of the P66 station across the street) & they accept FuelRewards without a hitch.

They are overpricing their products. Overcharging customers. There is no reason why 1 regular size bottle of Dr. Pepper soda should cost $3.

Be very careful when bringing a car in for repairs here. I did not previously know enough about automotive work. There was no way for me to identify problems or "red flags" with the work performed on my car. LESSON-LEARNED, don't let the same happen to you. This business is blindly trusted by some of its customers - which I know because I had been a loyal customer for 9 years before the owner (named: Joe) showed the business's true colors. The mechanic shop is run by criminals who pose as highly religious people. They will lie, steal, con and try to manipulate anyone who is willing to pull into their lot out of their money (even if they've been customers for almost a decade). It's scary to think that I once considered the owner a friend. Don't make the same mistake that I did, steer clear of this place. Do not let Joe's kind attitude fool you, don't mistake politeness for trustworthiness, and never trust anyone working there. Your vehicle, it's components, and your money are not safe at this establishment. The ANTER SHELL mechanic shop in the back - run by Joe - is a front for a criminal enterprise. (Even their gas prices are set at rates to gouge customers who live in the area. I'm happy that I do not live close by.) This company will forge documentation, they will falsify federal documents, they will steal and sell car parts, and they will try to charge you - the customer - for all of it. NEVER PAY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE UP FRONT. This business should have been investigated a long time ago for the crimes that they commit. It appears as if they have been stealing and ripping customers off (and ripping their cars apart) for quite a while now. I do not like giving bad reviews. I just don't want anyone else to find themselves in the same money trap that I was conned into. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY BY AVOIDING THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! Sorry you're having car trouble - hopefully you find a trustworthy mechanic shop to repair it fairly elsewhere. Happy to answer any questions about the statements I've made above - or the multitude of poor experiences that led to my knowledge of the atrocious wrongdoing by this company. The pictures in this review, sadly, indicate the shop owner's behavior patterns of compulsive lying. Joe, the owner/manager, exhibited many bizarre behavior patterns throughout the entire fraudulent scam that his shop committed against me. I asked that they give frequent updates since Joe requested 80% downpayment to purchase the parts for repairs. FEBRUARY 26, 2021 = car delivered to ANTER SHELL, repairs quoted, and work contract initiated. AUGUST 2, 2022 = ANTER SHELL (JOSE AMAYA: "Joe) report the work on the vehicle is completed. "We have finished the work on your vehicle. It is ready to pick up and drive, we even tuned the brakes for you." - The pictures say it all! UPDATE: AUGUST 5, 2022 = Original Dealership is now working on analyzing work performed. They are diagnosing all problems associated with the original incident vs. with the services performed by ANTER SHELL. - will continue to provide updates for those interested. - please share here if you or anyone you know has been scammed by this company as well. - Justice should be brought to this organization and the man who runs it. .
