They will not honor Fuel Rewards unless you have a card (I have the app; why do I need a card?).

The over night staff was just sitting there and when I asked for some cigarettes he blankly stares at me and I ask again so he proceeds to ask for my ID and wen I threw it in the exchange hole he quickly grabbed the phone and said “I'm not giving anything go away because I'm calling the police !â€
