Horrible service, Both stores are owned by the same person according to the person at the counter. Trying to fill up the tank and use the restroom. Owner does not want the restrooms used. All I use is Shell gas?? No bueno!! This store already has horrible reviews and high gas prices.

They must have lost power and resold the dairy goods. Bought pint of ice cream and some ice cream pops and they all were like flat and like it melted then were refrozen. They had some buñuelos they expired the next day. Honestly don’t trust these people .

This place is chaos at the busy intersection of traffic and panhandlers with puppies. If you need some gratitude in this world just bring a sandwich and come sit in the parking lot.

New gas station looks really nice, but they lock the restroom doors so that the homeless in the area can't use them. Well that makes it difficult for the customers doesn't it.

Employees leave the bathroom locked and out of order so they don't have to clean it. Sunday at noon and 4pm. And attitude if you ask.

I don't like to Shell out too much money for gas, but here at this station, I have to. The Shell here in NW H is kind of expensive, located up at Northwest Crossing, and it's not bad but it also has a few pricing issues in my opinion. Having said that it's well worth a try if you need gas in this neighbourhood and it's clean and efficient, and the convenience store is typically overpriced.

Trash!!! 24 Hours is a lie. Doors don’t open till 5:30 am. Don’t stop here if you have to use the restroom before 5:30 am and after 11:00 pm.

Shell was opened and tried to maintain their services while the winter storm Uri came to H-town. The owner helped me one time when there was no buns for the hot dogs. Every employee there has treated me nice and with respect, thanks,.
