Had an amazing experience here. Rojar is so kind and very helpful. He explains the vehicles that I looked at with alot of detail and is a great salesman. Afterwards I was sent to Ahmad to do the paperwork and I would like to say that he was very helpful also. He took me step by step and explained all of the numbers and the disclosures. I will 100% give these two guys 5 stars. I will definitely recommend Shawn's motor credit to anyone looking to buy.

Our journey began with a negative experience at a different dealership (you can find the review in my other reviews if you wish to avoid it). Following that incident, we decided to give Shawn's a try since they had the car we had been searching for. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Manuel, an incredibly pleasant and helpful individual. After test-driving the vehicle and having all our queries addressed, we opted to proceed with the purchase. The entire team was exceptionally helpful and polite, making the buying process effortless for my wife and me. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment; they are not only friendly but also offer an impressive selection of cars and attractive financing options. I am enjoying my wonderful dream truck. Rojar was great from start to finish. I drove from Austin to pick up my truck. Truck was found to be in excellent condition as promised on virtual visit and inspection. All staff was very friendly and gracious. Buying process very easy.

I got the perfect Beamer for my situation and it was super easy with great financing for someone with a rather low credit. I traded in my BABY (my 4 series convertible) and they got me the best prices on the deal as a whole. They even helped me find cheap yet really good comprehensive insurance. I honestly can’t justify buying a car from anywhere else at this point. I’ll be going to these guys at Shawns for my wife’s next car.

My experience with Rojar was very pleasant. The entire team seems to take pride in what they do. Relaxed atmosphere, salesmen were not pushy and were very straight forward. I was not expecting to buy that day as I was just shopping but Rojar hit it out of the park. Great and seemless experience all the way around when we purchased our Yukon from them. Highly recommend using them.

5 star service!!! I was recently in a car accident and I am so happy I randomly came across Shawn’s Motor Credit. From the minute I came inside, Rojar and was so kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and treated me better than the Infiniti dealership itself. I was skeptical about buying a used car and he allowed me to take the car for a drive and to take it to my mechanic to be checked. Peace of mind is everything and the mechanic told me it was in a great condition and clean. I was so grateful that they allowed me the opportunity to have a peace of mind. Rojar and all the staff are so respectful and honest I couldn’t ask for more. They have very good clean cars and honestly they are priced very fairly. I feel so blessed and happy that Rojar put me in my dream car and exceeded all of my expectations. I truly recommend Shawn’s Motor Credit and especially Rojar. Thankyou guys so much. For anyone reading this I truly 130% recommend them for your next car!

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. If you like your money and are looking for a good quality vehicle, do NOT buy from this dealership.Coming into this process I was excited because this was my first car buying experience. I was looking for a Chevy trax and this dealership had it for the perfect price (it was a 2017). I test drove it and things seemed okay. As one should, I ordered a pre purchase inspection to be done on the car before buying. It came back pretty clean, the only (and main) issue that came up was with the wheel bearings. Of course that is a big deal and is a major safety hazard. I spoke with Rojar about it and he denied it outright, saying that there is no wheel bearing issue. He said he’d take it to his own mechanic, who allegedly only saw an issue with the tires. He was willing to give me a small discount for that if I wanted to get the tire replaced, and I moved forward. I already had every intention of taking it straight to pep boys after leaving the lot. But as soon as i drove off, the check engine light came on immediately! The wheel bearings were making so much noise down the road and were clearly in need of replacement. Even driving from the dealership to pep boys, the car sounded like it was going to fall apart!The mechanics at pep boys were SHOCKED that this car was even sold to me! They ran a computer to get the codes and there are MAJOR transmission issues with this car. Which blows my mind because the inspector I brought before purchasing the car detected no codes, which means this dealership cleared them off before the inspector got there. They told me this cat wouldn’t even pass the emissions inspection. The transmission was slipping, the front wheel bearings needed to be replaced, the back shocks need to be replaced, there’s a battery issue and those *major* codes were discovered.Rojar seemed sincere but was incredibly dishonest, denying truths presented by real mechanics, and needs to be held accountable for selling me this lemon.

Rojar was absolutely great from start to finish. He took the time to call me after I submitted an inquiry on CarGurus to talk to me about the truck I was interested in. I live six hours away and was hesitant to buy a truck without being able to see it in person. He took videos of the truck inside and out as well as the engine. He was also willing to FaceTime with me so I could see some of the scratches that I was concerned about.Once I decided to purchase the truck, I was able to put a down payment for Rojar to hold the truck for a few days until I could get a flight to Houston. When I arrived, Rojar had the truck ready for me. After a quick test drive he completed the paperwork while the truck was getting washed and the broken taillight replaced. The truck drives like a dream and was well worth the trip. The price was outstanding and the service was top notch. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, call Rojar at Shawn’s Motor Credit and you will be well taken care of.
