Shannon Jewelers gets all my future business! I had a ring whose stone kept falling out. It wasn't purchased from them but Shannon fixed it or free and would not take any payment.I had taken the ring to James Avery and they would not touch it. Since I didn't buy it from them they didn't want to take responsibility for fixing it. They will get none of my future business.For excellent service choose Shannon Jewelers!!!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and it’s literally the most stunning ring I’ve ever seen. It’s a pear shaped Alexandrite with a round diamond on either side of the main stone. He originally went in and picked the setting, but asked that the main stone be replaced with Alexandrite. The person(s) that assisted him worked to help him over a week long period, and helped walk him through the process. In the end, I’d say he did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more happy to have such a unique, bold, and beautiful ring.

My oldest daughter referred me to Shannon, Debbie the owner, had Nick her GM take care of me. The major piece of business was they made a custom 50th Anniversary neckless for my wife. It came out great and she loved it. No doubt I have a new jeweler and "Guy" in Nick!

Today was my first time there. I did quite a bit of research before picking this jeweler. I dropped off my vintage wedding ring to have my new wedding band soldered together. The service from the moment I walked in was wonderful. The lady helped answer my questions and put just as much care about my jewelry as if it were her own. The jeweler ( a gentleman) also helped answer a question or two I had. I felt welcome not rushed and I will definitely be back just because of this attention a received. I just know the work I’m having done will be just as great.

My experience at Shannon Jewelers was amazing! Nick helped me from the first time I went in the store. He paid careful attention to what I was looking for, gave me all the quotes I requested, and his service was unmatched.I ended up leaving my dad’s wedding band with them to resize and repolish to use as my own wedding band and I was confident in the care that they would provide. I picked up my wedding band today and was beyond pleased with the result. It is stunning!Thank you, Nick, for your stellar service!

This people are some of the best people around.. And jewelers also.. Very very honest andknowledgeable AND the nicest people ever.I'm so glad I walked in here to get my diamond tennis bracelet fixed. I took all of the rings my husband had bought me over the past 30 years to have them create one unique design. Nick was with us every step of the way, showing us options and listening to our input. I wanted to reset some jewelry and gemstones I had in my possession. Shannon’s Jewelry was referred to me by a close friend and I had previously worked with them when I upgraded my wedding rings by purchasing a new center stone and ring guard.I consulted with Nicholas Baldwin who answered all my questions, explained the process involved and itemized all charges. The creation and selection of a design was more involved than I remembered. Nick’s advice and expertise were invaluable. The design process and resetting work was done in the store. What I had requested took time. Nick made sure I knew I was welcome to check on the progress of the work being done at the store or via email.In retrospect, I have nothing negative to report. Since purchasing and resetting stones for my jewelry, I have been very satisfied with the design work. Nick’s patience and recommendations made the whole process worth the wait. Nick and the staff of Shannon’s Jewelry not only did a fantastic job, and I will use them again for any and all purchasing and servicing of my jewelry needs.

Shannon Jewelers is fantastic! Nick offered wonderful service and personalized care through the entirety of our search. We search other shops but felt most comfortable with Nick and the Shannon Jewelers team. We will be back for any jewelry in the future. Cannot recommend enough.
