5 stars on diamonds and customer service. Meaghan was so helpful in educating me on the diamonds and made an intimidating purchase of an engagement ring so easy and smooth. We returned to get our wedding bands and Shaftel will always be our jewelers of choice.

I have done two transactions with Shaftel Diamonds and I had the pleasure of working with Meghan both times. Both times I thoroughly enjoyed my experience that Meghan provided to me. My first experience was setting a stone that I brought in myself for a custom made engagement ring. Meghan was very thorough throughout the process and took the time to explain everything in detail for me. She also was great at keeping me updated at each stage of the process of creating the engagement ring. She calmed any nerves or worries that I previously had. My second experience was purchasing wedding bands for both my fiance and I. Meghan again provided a very pleasant experience. She was a great person to have in my corner during a major life event. Can’t recommend Meghan and Shaftel Diamonds enough!
